If you look closely at the upper portion of the image, you can see the major buildings of
downtown Minneapolis! -This is 30 or so miles North/NorthWest of the K0JTA amateur radio repeater location.

Click on the above picture to see a very large PANORAMIC image; This is assembled from a series of low-grade pictures that I took while I was in the bucket that was in use when the new DB-224E antenna was installed at the top of the then-140 foot tall tower. (I was positioned about ten feet above the top of the tower at this point.)
CAUTION: The full image is almost a MEGABYTE in size! -After it downloads, the full 360 degree image will be displayed, but it will be in a "compressed" form. You can then CLICK on any spot on the picture to ZOOM INTO that portion of the image. -Click again, to ZOOM OUT again. Use your cursor to SELECT, then ZOOM INTO the different places on the picture; -Eventually you will be able to to view the full (360 degree) span picture.

Tower damage update number two: I lost another tower on July 10, 2008; -We had a hell of a storm... Lots of homes, crops, etc. were damaged in our area. My 56 foot Rohn tower was folded over the attached garage in this storm, which pulled down all of my HF (High Frequency) antennas, etc. [For more info and pictures, click on the "Latest NEWS" folder item on the left side "menu selections" area of this page.]
